SPS Villa Management Solutions enables you to manage your villa owners' contracts and reservations.
The system allows you to:

• Maintain demographic information for the owner(s) of each villa.
• Define Owner Usage (i.e. number of days within a date period the owner is allowed use of their villa).
• Track the number of days the owner has used their villa within the year.
• Ensure owner reservations are made within the defined period and do not exceed the number of days allowed.
• Calculate the cost of any additional requested services within the Reservation Center without charging owners rental fees.
• Maintain owner payment information.
• Generate reports including reservations booked.
